There is no noticeable loss of shape.
There is no strong damage to the outer leather, but there are a few minor scratches.
The handles appear to be slightly softened overall.

There are slight darkening and minor scuffs on the four corners of the bottom. (check photos)
There is a little peeling of the coating on the metal parts and zipper.
Overall, this bag is in good condition.
